Our place, Irada Jaivik Farmer Producer Companylimited, is located at C/O Kripa Shankar Singh Vill- Kacharap.O.Pawai. It’s a quiet spot in the village where we handle the business side of things. Kripa Shankar is usually around if you need to talk about the latest crops or what the plans are for the next month. We don't have a fancy office with air conditioning and glass walls. It’s just a room with some chairs and a lot of paperwork. We spend most of our time out in Kachara seeing how the plants are doing. The village life suits us just fine. We don't see the need for big marketing campaigns or polished speeches. We just want to grow things well and make sure the people involved are treated fair. Sometimes the roads out here get muddy and it’s hard to get around, but we manage. We aren't a big company with hundreds of employees, just a dedicated group of us. We take pride in the fact that we know every inch of the land we work on. If you stop by, we might offer you a seat and a glass of water while we talk shop about the harvest. It’s a slow and steady kind of life. We are just trying to keep the traditions of the village alive while doing our work. That’s about all there is to it. We keep things honest and we stay busy with the work at hand.
