You can find us in Bankhedi, which is in the Hoshangabad district. We are set up at Radhakishan Leeladhar Mokati’s place. It’s a simple setup, nothing fancy at all. We are called Bhuaushdha Farmers Producer Companylimited, and our main goal is just to help the farmers in this part of Madhya Pradesh get by a little easier. Most of us are from farming backgrounds ourselves, so we know exactly how tough it can be when the weather doesn't cooperate or the prices at the mandi drop unexpectedly. We spend a lot of our time talking to local growers and trying to figure out how we can help each other. There aren't any suits or ties here, just people in everyday clothes trying to figure out the best way to manage our land and our crops. We don't have a big marketing budget or a team of writers to make us sound important. We just speak plainly and do the work. Whether it’s seeds, fertilizers, or just advice on when to plant, we try to be there for the community. It’s a lot of long hours and the work is never really done, but that’s just the life of a farmer. We are proud to be from Bankhedi and we plan to stay here and keep working the soil as long as we can. Every season brings a new set of problems, but we face them together.
