Jayshiva Agritech Farmer Producer Company Limited is situated in Pipariya Kishor. We operate from the premises of Shri Shahab Singh. It is a quiet part of the area, mostly surrounded by fields and a few other houses. We are not some big corporation with a tall building. It is more of a community thing where we gather to talk about seeds, fertilizers, and how to sell our crops. Shahab Singh’s place is easy to find if you are from around here. We spend our days mostly writing things down in ledgers and talking to the local farmers who come by. There is always someone coming in to ask about a government scheme or wanting to know when the next batch of supplies will arrive. The roads get a bit muddy when it rains, so things slow down then. We use basic tools and do not really have a lot of modern office equipment. It is just a practical space for practical people. Most of the time, the conversation is about the soil or the weather. We do not put on any airs about what we do. It is just about getting the work done so the farmers can get back to their land. We are usually there from morning until the sun goes down. If the gate is open, we are inside working on something or other. That is the long and short of it for us here in the Pipariya Kishor area.
