About St Kabirs Residential And Day School – Education in Hisar
Out here on Dabra Road in Sector 13, things stay pretty busy from Monday to Saturday. St Kabirs Residential And Day School is where a lot of local kids spend their time, along with those who stay overnight in the hostel. It’s not a huge place, but we have enough room for everyone to move around. The morning drop-off is always a bit chaotic with the buses and parents, but once the bell rings, it settles down. We’ve got some day scholars who walk in from nearby and others who come from further out. The residential side of things means there’s always life in the buildings even after the sun goes down. The kids have their study hours and then dinner in the mess hall. It’s simple food, nothing fancy, just what they need. We try to keep the desks clean and the blackboards usable. Sometimes the heat in the summer gets a bit much, but we manage. The staff room is usually full of papers and half-empty tea cups because there’s always something to grade. We don't have a lot of big speeches here; we just get on with the teaching. If you walk past the gates, you’ll likely hear someone practicing for a program or just the general hum of classrooms. It’s just a normal school doing its thing every day for the community around here. We just want the kids to leave with some decent skills.
