Raithonnathi Farmer Producer Company Limited is based in Sudambi, which is part of the Byadgi Tq. If you know anything about Byadgi, you know it’s famous for its red chilies. We are right in the heart of that farming community. Our office is a simple place in Sudambi, not at all like the offices you see in big cities. It’s mostly just a spot where farmers can gather and talk about their crops. We focus on helping each other out as a collective. There’s a lot of mud on the floor sometimes because people come in straight from the fields. We don't mind. It shows we are actually working.
