Haverisiri Farmers Producer Company Limited

We are located out in Nelogal post, right at Shivayogi C Hosagoudar’s place in Totadayallapur. It is a quiet spot in the Haveri area. A bunch of us farmers got together to make this company happen. It wasn't anything fancy, just a few neighbors talking about how to handle the crops better than we used to. Most days you will find someone around the office or out in the fields near the village. We have been here for a little while now, just trying to keep things moving for the local growers. It gets real busy during the harvest time, that is for sure. The sun can be pretty hot out here in Karnataka, but we just get on with the work. We do not have a big fancy office, just the space we need for our papers and some storage. People know where to find us if they have questions about their seeds or what is happening with the market prices this week. Sometimes we just sit and have some tea while talking about when the rain might finally show up. It is just how things work in a small place like Nelogal. We do not really do the big corporate stuff, we just focus on what is right in front of us. My cousin helps out with some of the paperwork and I handle the rest of it. It is a lot of work but it feels right being part of the community here.
