Ron Taluk is the general area, and it is a good spot for what we do. We mostly deal with crops and garden plants. It is a lot of hands-on work. We don't spend much time sitting behind desks if we can help it. There is always something to do with the soil or the irrigation. Local people from the village come by to talk about their harvests. We share information about what is growing well and what isn't. It is a very simple way of doing things. We don't have any fancy signs or big logos. The office is just a room with some basic stuff in it. We have to keep track of a lot of paperwork for the government, which is the boring part. Anandappa helps keep things steady around here. We are just a group of farmers trying to make things a little easier for each other. Sometimes we have tea and talk about the old days. The weather is always a big topic of conversation. If it rains, everyone is happy. If it doesn't, we just figure out a different plan. We are just plain folks working the land. It takes a lot of patience to do this year after year.
