P B S Inter College

Being right by the City Station in Hathras means we are always hearing the trains go by, but you get used to it after a day or two. P B S Inter College has been sitting here at 204101 for a long time now. It is a convenient spot for students coming in from the surrounding areas since they can just jump off the train and walk over. The building has that old-school feel to it, with thick walls and high ceilings that keep things relatively cool even when the sun is beating down on Hathras. We don't spend a lot of money on fancy decorations or trying to look modern. We'd rather just keep the roof in good repair and make sure there are enough chalks for the boards. It’s a busy place, and there is always someone running late or a teacher looking for a missing notebook. We don’t have a mission statement or any of that corporate talk; we just have a schedule that we stick to. The local tea stalls nearby know our staff well, and sometimes a lot of the school’s business gets discussed over a quick cup of chai during the lunch break. It’s just how things work here. We are a staple of the City Station area, and we plan on staying that way, just doing the work we’ve always done for this town.
