If you are in Dabra, you probably know where Agrashan Square is. Our shop, Unique Beauty Mens & Ladies, is right there on the first floor of the Balaji Complex on Thakur Baba Road. Being upstairs gives us a little bit of a break from the noise of the square, but we are still right in the middle of everything. We take care of both men and women, which is why we picked the name. The shop is divided up so everyone has their own space. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, but once you’re here, it’s a good place to sit and get your hair or skin looked after. We’ve been in Gwalior district for a long time, and Dabra has its own rhythm. We try to keep up with what people want, whether it’s a new style they saw on TV or just a simple trim. The Balaji Complex is a busy building with other shops, so there is always someone coming or going. We don't have any polished corporate mission statements or anything like that. We just open up, make sure the water is running and the lights are on, and start our day. It’s a local business run by people who live right here. We appreciate the folks who choose to come to us instead of going to the big city salons. It’s just a plain shop doing its best.
