You can find our shop at Gopal Madhav Palace in Gwalior, which is situated right across from Bharat Talkies in the Shinde Ki Chhawani area. It’s a pretty good location for us because people come to watch the movies and then often stop by our shop afterward. We offer various beauty services and we also sell a variety of cosmetic items like lipsticks, face creams, and packets of bindis. It’s a bit of a dual-purpose shop. The front section has the glass counters where we display all the makeup and skincare products, and the back part is where we have a private area for parlour work like threading, waxing, or hair oiling. Gwalior has its own slow pace, and our shop fits right into that. We aren't trying to be a big, fancy salon. It’s usually just me and one helper working here most days. We keep our tools in simple plastic bins and try our best to keep everything tidy, though it does get a bit messy when we have a rush of customers. The shop has plenty of mirrors so people can try out the cosmetics before they buy them. Sometimes the kids from the neighborhood come in to buy small hair clips or trinkets. We’ve been at this specific spot for quite a while now. The building is older, but it serves us well. We don't use any apps or websites for booking. People just walk in.
