Chhavi Beauty Parlour

My parlour is located at 72 Mayur Market in Thatipur. Most people find us easily because we are quite close to the State Bank of India branch here in Gwalior. It is a small space, but we have made it work for us over the years. I started this place because I wanted somewhere local where women could just come for a quick thread or a hair wash. We do not have fancy interiors or expensive machines. It is just basic stuff like facials, waxing, and hair cuts. The mirrors are a bit old but they do the job. The market stays quite busy, especially in the evenings when everyone is out doing their shopping. Sometimes it’s just me here, or I have a helper if it’s wedding season. Thatipur is a nice area, and the people around Mayur Market are friendly. We have some regulars who have been coming since we first opened the doors. We don’t really do appointments in a strict way, folks just drop by when they have time after going to the bank or getting groceries. I try to keep the towels fresh. It is a lot of work running a small shop alone. You have to handle the customers and the cleaning and the supplies all by yourself. I usually have a cup of tea between customers. We are just a local Gwalior business trying to do honest work every day. If you are near the State Bank, you will see our sign.
