The Man Singh Restaurant

We are located on the 3rd floor of DD Mall, right in the Shinde Ki Chhawani part of Gwalior. Life in a mall is quite a bit different compared to running a shop on the street. You have to follow the building's hours and deal with the weekend crowds that fill up the food court. Our place is called The Man Singh Restaurant, and it's our little corner of the third floor. We spend a lot of our time in the kitchen getting everything ready for the lunch rush. It gets pretty hot in there, especially when all the burners are going. We don't have a corporate office or anything like that; it’s just us and a few helpers. Most days are about managing the orders and making sure the tables are wiped down after people leave. Sometimes the mall is really quiet, and we just stand around talking until someone comes in. Other times, like on the weekends, it feels like we can’t keep up with the crowd. We’ve been here for a while now, and we’ve gotten used to the mall environment. It’s a lot of work to keep everything clean and organized in such a busy place. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. We just cook the food and serve it. It’s a simple way to run a business, and it keeps us busy from morning to night. We take it one order at a time.
