Amrit Bhojanalaya

We are Amrit Bhojanalaya, and you can find us on Station Road in Gwalior. The pincode here is 474001, which covers this whole busy stretch. We are situated right across from Hotel Mayur, which is the main thing people look for when they are trying to find our door. We are actually in the Padav area, tucked just behind Mayur. It is a very busy part of the city because of the railway station nearby. There are always people walking past with bags, and the sound of horns from the rickshaws never really stops from morning until late at night. The shop itself is simple, nothing too special to look at from the outside, but it’s where we are every single day. We spend a lot of time just keeping things moving. Gwalior gets quite hot, and the dust from the road settles on everything, so we are always cleaning up. Being behind the hotel gives us a tiny bit of space away from the direct traffic of the main road, but you can still hear everything. We don’t do much fancy stuff here. It is just a regular bhojanalaya in a regular part of town. People know the Padav circle and the bridge, so they usually find their way to us eventually. We have been at this address for a while now. The 474001 area is our home, and we just keep the doors open and do our work as best as we can.
