Ds Restaurant in Gwalior. We’re on Mall Road in Morar. It’s a good spot because there’s always something happening outside. Gwalior is a place that values its food, so we try to keep things consistent. The building is just a regular one on the main road. We don’t have fancy lighting or expensive paintings on the wall. The tables are sturdy and the fans work well enough to keep the Gwalior heat away. We open up early and stay late until the last person finishes. It’s mostly locals who come in. You’ll see families on Sundays and students during the week. We’ve had some of the same staff for years now. They know the kitchen inside out. We don’t try to be something we’re not. It’s just a restaurant where you can get a decent meal without paying too much. Sometimes the noise from the street gets a bit loud, but nobody seems to mind. People are too busy eating and talking. We just keep the water jugs full and the food coming out hot. It’s a simple way to run a business. We like the Morar area because everyone knows everyone else. It feels like home to us, and we hope it feels okay to the people who walk through the door. We don't have a lot of rules here, just eat and enjoy your time. The menu stays the same mostly because that's what people ask for.
