We aren't a big corporate chain or anything like that. It’s just a local shop where people come to get their hair done. The street outside, Dargah Wali Gali, is always full of people shopping or heading to the dargah. Because of that, we get a lot of foot traffic. Our shop is simple and functional. We have the usual equipment, some towels, and a couple of chairs that have seen a lot of use over the years. We do haircuts for whoever walks in. It doesn't matter if you're young or old. We try to keep the place tidy, but when it’s busy, the hair tends to pile up on the floor until we get a minute to sweep. The lights are bright and we usually have some music playing to keep things lively. People like to talk while they are in the chair, so we hear about everything from politics to family stuff.
