Snog Bistro Restaurant

We opened Snog Bistro Restaurant in Deen Dayal Nagar, occupying shops 18 and 19 near the Maharaja Complex. Gwalior is our home, and we wanted to have a place that felt a bit more relaxed than the usual busy joints you see around town. It’s a bistro, so we keep things a bit smaller and more focused. We don't have fifty items on the menu, just a handful of things we like making. My wife and I run the place with a couple of local guys helping in the kitchen. It can be a lot of work keeping up with the 474005 crowd, especially on the weekends when people are out with their families. We chose this spot because it's easy to find and there’s usually enough parking nearby. The interior isn't anything special, just some comfortable chairs and a few pictures on the wall to make it feel less empty. Sometimes we have to close early if we run out of ingredients, but that doesn't happen too often. We spend a lot of our time just making sure everything is clean and the fridge is stocked for the next day. It’s a quiet life for the most part, outside of the dinner rush. We aren't trying to be the most famous place in Gwalior, just a decent spot where you can sit down for a while and have a bite to eat without any fuss. It works for us.
