You can find us in Lalitpur Colony, right on the Sanatan Dharam Mandir Road in the Lashkar area of Gwalior. We are directly opposite the Chamber of Commerce, so there are always people moving about, even early in the morning. Punjabi Delight is a small operation, mostly just us working through the day to keep things running. Lashkar is a busy part of the city, and the road outside is often filled with rickshaws and people heading to the temple. We’ve been here long enough to know most of the shopkeepers on this stretch. The kitchen is the main part of our place; we don't have much room for anything else. We start our day by checking the stocks and getting the fires going. It’s a simple setup with a few tables and chairs for whoever drops by. We don't have any fancy signs or a big menu with pictures. It’s just us doing what we know. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when the road gets blocked or when there's a festival at the Mandir, but we just stay in our lane and keep the food coming. The neighborhood has a good feel to it, and we like being right across from the Chamber. It’s a lot of hard work, especially in the Gwalior summers, but it’s what we do. We don't try to impress anyone with big words, just plain service.
