Mr Idli Xpress

Mr Idli Xpress is over at No 41 in Manik Vilas Colony, Gwalior. We are pretty close to Hotel Landmark, so it is easy to find if you are around that way. Most of our days start really early because people in Gwalior like to have their breakfast before they head off to work or school. We have been at this same spot for a while now and the neighborhood feels like home. The street outside can get quite busy with traffic, especially in the mornings and on weekends when families are out together. We focus mostly on idlis and other simple items that don't take too long to prepare. The shop is not a fancy place at all, just some basic tables and chairs where you can sit and eat your meal. Sometimes the stove gives us trouble or we might run out of something if it’s a particularly busy day, but we just deal with it as it comes. People around Manik Vilas Colony know us well by now. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or big signs. The kitchen is small and gets quite hot in the summer, but that is just part of the job. We see the same regulars every day, mostly people who live nearby. They come in, eat, and sometimes stay for a quick chat. We don't have a big company behind us, just a few people working here every day. It's a plain place, but it keeps us very busy.
