Masala Kraft

Masala Kraft is inside Hotel M K Vivanta on Khedapati Road. We are pretty close to the Rawaldas Mall and the Phool Bagh Circle. Gwalior can be a very hot place, so people often like coming in here just to get out of the sun for a while. The restaurant is a part of the hotel, and we handle the daily meals for everyone who stays here. It is a central spot in the Phool Bagh area. We do not do anything too crazy with the decor or the menu. It is just a place to eat while you are traveling or if you live nearby in the city. We see a lot of families coming in on the weekends. The kitchen stays busy from the morning until late at night. We have got a team that knows the regulars by their names. It is not a corporate vibe, even with the hotel name on the building. We are just local people working here in Gwalior. The Phool Bagh area is always moving and busy, and we are right in the middle of all that. Sometimes the mall traffic makes the road outside very crowded, but it is easy to find us once you get to Khedapati Road. We just keep the floors clean and the food moving from the kitchen to the tables. There is not a big philosophy behind it. We just open the doors and get to work every day. It is a job and we try to do it right for the people.
