MAA VAISHNAVI BHOJNALAYA

We are based in MLB Colony in the Padav area of Gwalior. Our place is quite easy to find because we are situated right near the Miss Hill School. Being near a school means we see a lot of activity throughout the day, with parents and kids passing by all the time. Gwalior can be quite a dusty and hot place, so we try to make our bhojnalaya a place where you can just sit and eat in peace. It is a very local setup, nothing like the big corporate restaurants you see in the malls. We serve simple, home-style food because that is what the people in the colony prefer. The kitchen starts early so we can have everything ready for the lunch hour. We have a small team of people who have been with us for a long time. We don't use any fancy marketing tricks or anything like that. We just rely on the people who live nearby and the word of mouth from our regulars. Sometimes the chairs might squeak a bit or the fan makes a lot of noise, but it feels like home to us. We spend our days cooking, cleaning, and talking to the people who come in. It is a simple life and we are happy with it. We don't try to be anything we are not. We just keep the food ready and the door open for whoever is hungry in Padav.
