City Top Zents Parlour

This is a gents parlour in the Dd Nagar area of Gwalior. I’ve been running this place for a few years now. It’s a basic shop for men who need a haircut or a shave. We don’t have fancy stuff here, just the essentials like good scissors and sharp razors. The shop is located on a street that gets quite a lot of foot traffic. Men stop by on their way home from work. I have two chairs and a small bench for waiting. Usually, there’s a cricket match on the small TV if there’s a game playing. It helps pass the time when there’s a line. Dd Nagar is a good place to be, lots of families live around here. I know most of the kids who come in with their fathers. They grow up fast and soon they’re coming in on their own. The floor gets covered in hair pretty quickly, so I’m always sweeping between customers. It’s a bit hot in the summer, but the ceiling fan works okay most days. I don't use much fancy talk, just ask how you want it cut and get to work. Some people like a head massage after a cut, so I do that too. It’s a small business and it keeps me busy. Gwalior is my home, and this shop is my workplace. Nothing more, nothing less. I enjoy the quiet moments when the shop is empty and I can sit by the door.
