Ttl Engineering Private Limited is out on Sohna Road, specifically Plot No. 75 in Sector 10/A. If you get lost, just look for the Cricket Academy across the street. You can often hear the kids playing or the sound of the ball hitting the bat while we work. We are an engineering firm, but it’s more of a hands-on place than a sit-down office. There’s always some project being welded or measured on the floor. The floors are concrete and usually have some dust on them. We don’t wear suits here. We wear boots and clothes that we don't mind getting dirty. It’s a straightforward operation. We have some machines that make a lot of noise, so we have to shout sometimes to hear each other. The area has grown a lot lately, with more buildings popping up. We remember when there was nothing but empty plots. Our team is small, mostly just local guys who know how to handle tools. We don’t have a marketing department. If the work is good, people come back. That’s how we’ve always seen it. Sometimes we stay late to finish a big order. The tea shop at the corner is where we spend our breaks. It’s just regular work for regular people. We like being near the academy; it keeps the energy up around the plot. We just focus on getting things built.
