Bechtel India P Ltd is based at U-35/10 in DLF Phase-3, Gurgaon. If you have ever been to Phase-3, you know how packed and energetic it can be. There are people everywhere and the metro station isn't too far off. We have been in this spot for a while now. The building is a bit tucked away, but it’s easy enough to find if you know the lane. It’s a simple office, nothing fancy. We spend most of our hours here, sitting at our desks and getting through whatever the day throws at us. Sometimes the traffic outside is a bit loud, but we’ve gotten used to the noise. There are a lot of small eateries around here where we grab lunch. It's a very practical place to work. We aren't some big corporate machine with a flashy lobby. It’s just some rooms with computers and a bunch of us working. The power goes off sometimes, but the backup kicks in and we just keep going. We don’t really talk about big visions or anything. We just focus on the tasks we have for the week. Gurgaon is a fast place, and being in DLF Phase-3 means you’re always in the thick of it. We like it that way because it keeps us busy. We are just a group of people working hard at U-35/10 every day, trying to stay on top of our workload. It's just a regular office life for us, nothing more, nothing less.
