We are Timken Services Pvt Ltd, located at B-194, Phase-V in New Palam Vihar, Gurgaon. Our spot is a bit further out, but it gives us the space we need for the work we do. The building is a simple structure that we have been using for a while. We handle a lot of service-related tasks for industrial machinery here. It involves a lot of coordination and making sure parts get to where they are supposed to be. The office has a bit of a lived-in feel to it. There are stacks of papers and some old equipment in the corners. We aren't really concerned with having the newest furniture or a polished look. We just want a place where we can get our jobs done without too much trouble. New Palam Vihar is still growing, so there is often construction noise nearby from new buildings going up. We’ve gotten used to it. The team here is small and we all know each other’s habits. We drink a lot of tea and try to stay on top of the schedule. Sometimes things get delayed because of logistics or traffic, but we deal with it as best as we can. We aren't a big corporate headquarters, just a local branch doing our part. People who work with us know we are easy to talk to. We don't use a lot of jargon. We just tell it like it is and try to be useful. There's a stray cat that hangs around the entrance.
