Encoders India

We’re located at Plot No 221 in Sector 68, out in the IMT area. Encoders India has been here since the sector was mostly empty land. Now it's a busy industrial hub with trucks everywhere. As the name suggests, we work with encoders. These are sensitive little devices, so our workspace has to be a bit cleaner than your average machine shop. We have benches set up for assembly and testing. It’s precise work, and it can be a bit tedious sitting under the magnifying lamps all day. The lights in the workshop are bright, and there's usually some old radio playing in the background to keep everyone focused. We aren't a giant corporation, just a specialized group that knows these components well. Sector 68 is a bit of a drive from the main city, so most of us bring our own lunch and eat together in the small break area. The building itself is plain, just a concrete structure that does the job. We don’t have a fancy lobby or anything like that. When someone calls, they usually talk directly to the person who’s going to be working on their order. We prefer it that way. It keeps things honest and avoids any confusion. We just keep plugging away, making sure each unit is calibrated before it goes out the door. The floor is grey, the walls are white, and we like it that way. It keeps the distractions down.
