Taikisha Engg India Ltd has an office at House Number 77 in West Rajiv Nagar. It’s down Gali Number 8 in Gurgaon. Now, Gurgaon is known for big shiny buildings, but West Rajiv Nagar is more of a regular neighborhood. Gali Number 8 is a typical street where you see people going about their business. It's just a regular street. Working from a house like number 77 gives us a different feeling than a corporate park. It is much more grounded and less formal. We have our engineering office set up inside the rooms of the house. We have our computers and all the equipment we need to get our work done. The street outside can be a bit noisy with kids playing or people selling vegetables from their carts. We actually like that because it feels like a real community. We don't have a big corporate lobby or a fancy sign. We just have our name near the door so people know they have found the right place. Most of our day is spent focusing on the engineering projects we have on our plate. We talk to each other across the rooms and share our ideas. It is a very simple and direct way of working. We don't go for anything too polished. We just want to do a good job and be part of the neighborhood here in West Rajiv Nagar. It works for us and the work gets done.
