Timken Services (P) Ltd

This is Timken Services (P) Ltd. Our office is at C-123 in Ashok Vihar, Gurgaon. It’s a decent area, mostly residential houses and some small businesses mixed in. We work out of this building and have been here for several years. The space is filled with desks, computers, and a lot of technical manuals. We provide various services to our clients, mostly related to industrial equipment. It is not the most exciting work to talk about, but it is important and we take it seriously. The office can get a bit loud when everyone is on the phone at the same time. We have a small courtyard out back where we take breaks when the weather is nice. Gurgaon has changed a lot since we first started, but Ashok Vihar still feels like a community. We know the guard at the gate and the people in the neighboring units. We don’t put much effort into making the office look like a showroom. It’s a workspace first and foremost. Sometimes there are boxes stacked in the hallway, but we know what's in them and where they are going. We just come in, do our hours, and head home. We try to be helpful when someone calls with a problem. It’s a straightforward way of doing business. We don’t see a need for fancy words or big promises. We just do the work as it comes in. One of the desk drawers always sticks a bit.
