Inderjeet Engineers Pvt Ltd is out at Plot No. 57 on Street Number 3. We are in the West Sarurpur Industrial Area, which is a bit of a drive down Sohna Road. It’s a rugged kind of place, lots of dust and big trucks moving around the dirt roads. Our plot is basically a big open space where we have our machinery set up. It’s not the easiest place to get to, but it works for what we do. The sun can be pretty brutal out here in the open, so we spend a lot of time under the tin roof of the shed. We’ve got a small crew and everyone knows their job. There’s no management sitting in air-conditioned rooms here; we’re all out there on the floor most of the time. We deal with a lot of heavy parts and the work can be physically demanding. Sometimes the machines act up and we have to spend half the morning getting them back in order. That’s just part of life in an industrial area. We don’t have a website or anything like that that we look at much. Most of our work comes from people who know where to find us. It’s a straightforward way of living. We show up, do the engineering work that’s needed, and head home. The area is growing, but it still feels like the outskirts where the real heavy lifting happens.
