St. Xavier`S High School sits out in Rosewood City, which is part of the Sector-49-50 area in Gurgaon. We are right on the Main Golf Course Extension Road, so the location is pretty easy to find even though there is a lot of new construction happening around us all the time. The school building is quite large and it stands out in the neighborhood. It isn't like those old schools in the middle of a city; everything here feels a bit more spread out. We get a lot of students from the surrounding housing societies and the newer sectors of Gurgaon. The traffic on the extension road can be a headache in the mornings, but once the kids are inside the gates, it’s a lot quieter. We have the usual labs and classrooms, and they stay pretty busy throughout the day. The teachers here are focused on their work, and they try to keep things organized despite how fast everything moves in this part of town. It’s a no-nonsense kind of place. We don't have a lot of fancy slogans on the walls. Mostly, it’s just kids studying, playing on the grounds, and getting ready for their exams. You see the guards at the gate keeping an eye on things, and the buses lined up at the end of the day. It’s a functional school that serves the families living in this growing part of Gurgaon.
