Greater Noida World School

Even though the name says Greater Noida, we are actually located over at W/10 A in DLF, Gurgaon. It confuses people sometimes, but that’s just where we are. The area here in Gurgaon is quite different from Noida anyway. It's a school building that sits right in the middle of a lot of other offices and homes. We have students coming in from all over the DLF area. The mornings are always a bit chaotic with cars dropping off kids and the staff trying to get everything ready for the first bell. We have a playground that gets pretty loud during recess, which is to be expected. It's a decent-sized place, but we always feel like we could use more storage for all the supplies we accumulate. The hallways are usually filled with bags and various projects. We spend a lot of time on maintenance, fixing things that break and making sure the lights work properly. It’s a practical environment for everyone. No one here is trying to be fancy or pretend it's something it isn't. We just focus on the classes and making sure the kids stay safe while they’re on the premises. The neighborhood is mostly quiet during the school hours, which is nice for the teachers. We’ve been here at this DLF address for some time now, and it’s just a regular part of our daily lives. We keep the gate shut until it's time for the kids to go home.
