Site Engg

Our office is tucked away in U-34/70, over in DLF Phase-3 in Gurgaon. If you’ve spent any time in HR, you know how busy this area can get. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes with all the buildings, but we like being in the middle of the action. Site Engg is what we call ourselves, and we spend most of our hours here looking at plans or making calls. The space isn't huge, but we’ve managed to fit everything we need into it. It’s got that lived-in feel, with coffee mugs on the desks and stacks of files that probably need filing. We don’t have a professional cleaning crew coming in every night, so it looks like a real workspace. Some people might find it a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is. The energy in Gurgaon is always high, and that definitely rubs off on us. We stay busy because there is always something being built or fixed nearby. We aren't into those corporate meetings where nothing gets decided. We just talk about what needs to happen and then we go out and do it. It’s a simple way of working, but it’s served us well so far. Being in DLF Phase-3 means we are close to a lot of other businesses, but we mostly just keep to ourselves and focus on our own tasks. We just keep plugging away at the work we have.
