Our office for R I T E S Ltd is over at 1137 5 in the Patel Nagar area of Gurgaon. It’s a busy part of town, which is good for staying busy ourselves. We’ve been at this 122001 zip code location for quite a stretch. The building is pretty standard for this neighborhood. We have our desks set up in a way that makes sense for the flow of work, even if it looks a bit messy to an outsider. There’s always a lot of paper moving around and files being sorted. We don't really go in for the modern, minimalist look. It’s more about having what we need within arm's reach. The staff here has been together for a while, so we all know how the others work. We don't really have long meetings; we just talk across the room when something needs to be decided. It’s faster that way. Gurgaon can be a bit overwhelming with all the new glass buildings, but our place feels more grounded and real. We deal with whatever comes up during the day, whether it’s a pile of documents or a phone that won't stop ringing. We just take things one step at a time. It’s not a flashy setup, but it’s where we do our thing every day. We’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the street outside and the routine inside.
