Punj Lloyd Ltd is based at Plot Number 1304 in Sector 45 of Gurgaon. This part of Haryana has grown so much lately. Our building is a simple plot on a street that gets fairly busy during office hours. We have a good amount of space inside, but it’s mostly filled with desks and storage for all our project files. Gurgaon can be a very shiny and corporate place, but we keep things pretty basic here. We don’t have those fancy glass partitions or expensive coffee machines. We just have a kettle and some local tea bags. The staff here is mostly local people who know the area well. We talk about the traffic on the way in and the heat in the summer. It’s just a normal bunch of people trying to do a good job. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. Word of mouth is usually how people hear about us. We just focus on the paperwork and the project details that come across our desks. Sometimes the internet goes out and we all just take a break until it comes back. It’s an honest, regular workplace. We don’t try to be something we are not. We just stay in our lane and get the day's work finished before the commute back home. It helps that there are some decent food stalls around the corner too.
