We are based in Gurgaon, over in DLF City Phase-1. Our office is at A14/28A in the Qutub Enclave. It’s a different world compared to the older parts of the city. There are more trees here, and the roads are a bit wider, though the traffic is still a mess most days. We are engineers and contractors. Most of our day is spent looking at plans or talking to vendors. The office isn't one of those high-rise glass boxes you see in the Cyber City area. It’s more of a residential-style building that we use for work. It feels a bit more like a home, which is nice. We have a small kitchen and a place to sit and have meetings. The power goes out occasionally, as it does in Gurgaon, so we have the inverter humming in the corner. We’ve got stacks of files and some old computers. It’s a functional space. We don't have a receptionist sitting at a big desk. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just opens it. We've been in Qutub Enclave for a good while. It’s a convenient location for getting to different sites around the NCR. We just do our work, deal with the various permits and materials, and try to keep things moving. It’s not glamorous, but it’s what we do. We drink a lot of coffee to stay sharp and usually have some biscuits around for whoever stops by to talk about the current projects.
