It is a residential area, so our office feels very much like a part of the local community in Haryana. We aren’t in one of those huge glass towers you see near the highway. Instead, we work from this apartment, which makes the whole day feel a bit more personal. There’s a kitchen where we make our own tea and a small balcony where we sometimes stand to get a bit of air. We spend our hours going through records and handling the business side of things. It’s quiet enough here to actually get some thinking done, though you can still hear the distant hum of the city. We don’t have a receptionist in a suit or a glossy magazine in the waiting area. In fact, we don't really have a waiting area at all. If you come by, you just walk in and see us working. We like to keep things very direct. There are no fancy mission statements on the walls, just a calendar and maybe a few photos of our families. We focus on being practical and getting our assignments finished on time. It is a small setup, but it suits us just fine. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. We are just a group of people working hard in Gurgaon to keep things moving forward.
