P & R Agrofoods is located at B 102 in Sector 65. It’s a typical industrial sector where you see a lot of small factories and units lined up. Our place isn't hard to find if you’re looking for the big gate. We do a lot of food processing here, so there's always a bit of a hum from the machinery. It’s not a glamorous spot. We have stacks of raw materials coming in and finished bags going out. The floor is usually busy with people moving things around. We spend a lot of time checking the machines and making sure the food is handled right. It’s a lot of repetition, but it’s what keeps the business going. We have a small office area, but most of us are out on the floor most of the day. It gets a bit dusty, and the noise can be a lot if you're not used to it. We just talk over the sound of the motors. Lunch is usually quick because there's always a truck waiting. We aren't big on corporate meetings or long presentations. We just look at the daily output and see what needs fixing. It’s a practical environment. We show up, keep the lines running, and make sure the quality stays consistent. That’s the reality of working in Sector 65.
