Our place is located in Gurgaon, right across from where Sona Steering Ltd is. Most people know us as Oriental Structural Engineers Pvt Ltd New Delhi, even though this branch is here in the Gurgaon hub. It's a busy area with a lot of industrial activity going on around us. Our office is pretty straightforward. We have the usual stuff like computers, printers, and a lot of rolled-up blueprints in the corners. It's not a place for showing off; it's a place for working. We spend most of our hours calculating stresses and checking structural integrity for various builds. Sometimes the traffic in Gurgaon makes it hard to get around, so we try to plan our site visits carefully. We’re a mix of older, experienced heads and some younger folks who are still learning the ropes. We don't use a lot of big words or corporate jargon when we talk to each other. If there’s a problem, we just sit down and try to figure it out together. The office gets a bit noisy when everyone is talking at once, but that's just how we operate. We’ve been doing this for a long time and have seen how much this area has changed. We just keep doing our bit, one project at a time. It’s not always easy, but we get it done.
