M/S S.N.Joshi Consultants Pvt.Ltd., Pune(H.O.)

We are located on the second floor of A-12 in South City Phase II. It's right on Sohna Road in Gurgaon. Although the main office for S.N.Joshi Consultants is back in Pune, this is where we handle the Haryana side of things. The office isn't very large. We have a few computers and a printer that jams way more often than it should. We spend most of our time looking at plans and talking to clients on the phone. It gets a bit noisy when the traffic on Sohna Road picks up in the evening. You can hear the horns even through the windows. We try to keep the files organized in those grey cabinets, but they always seem to overflow. Usually, there's a stack of blueprints on the corner table that no one wants to file away. We aren't the type to wear suits unless there's a really big meeting. Most days it’s just shirts and trousers. We’ve got a small kettle for tea, which is basically the most important piece of equipment in the room. People come in and out for consultations throughout the week. It’s a straightforward operation. We do the math, check the regulations, and try to give folks the answers they need. Gurgaon is a fast-growing place, and we see a lot of new projects coming through. It keeps us on our toes without needing any fancy speeches or elaborate presentations. We just work.
