M/S. Punj Lloyd Limited

Our office for M/S. Punj Lloyd Limited is in a house in Sector-9A, Gurgaon. It’s a bit of a departure from the high-rise buildings you usually see in the city, but it works for us. Sector-9A is a residential area, so it’s relatively quiet, which is nice when we’re trying to focus on engineering designs or project management. We use H. No. 908 as our base. Inside, it’s just rooms converted into workspaces with desks and cabinets full of project files. We spend a lot of our time dealing with infrastructure projects that are often far away from this office. It’s more of a hub for the core team to meet and organize things. The kitchen is always busy because someone is always making tea. In the summer, the Gurgaon heat is pretty intense, so we try to keep the coolers and ACs running non-stop. We don't have a big sign outside or anything flashy. It’s just a place where we come to do our jobs. Most of us have been in the engineering field for a long time, so we just talk shop and get to it. We deal with a lot of vendors and site managers over the phone throughout the day. It’s a very practical environment without any of the corporate fluff you might expect from a big name. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay organized.
