We are based out of Gurgaon, specifically in Sector 9A on the first floor of building 593. Gurgaon has grown so fast over the last decade that sometimes it’s hard to keep up with all the new roads and buildings, but we’ve stayed put here. Engineering and construction is what we spend our lives doing every single day. Most of the time, the office is half-empty because the guys are out at various sites checking on how the work is progressing or dealing with contractors. When we are all in, it’s a lot of talk about concrete, steel, and deadlines. The first floor gets a bit of the street noise from Sector 9A, which keeps us feeling connected to the bustle of the city. We have blueprints rolled up in every corner and a few old desks that have seen better days but still do the job. It’s a practical space for practical people. We don't go in for fancy glass partitions or expensive coffee machines. We just need a place to plan and make sure the projects stay on track. Haryana’s weather can be tough on construction schedules, especially when the monsoon hits, so we’re always checking the sky. It’s not an easy business, and there are always problems to solve on the fly. We just take it one brick at a time and try to stay organized. Being in Sector 9A makes it easy for us to reach different parts of the NCR.
