Our office is tucked away in Vyapar Kendra, specifically at Ugf-133 in Block C. If you know Sushant Lok-1, you know how busy this market gets. We have desks piled with papers and old files because things get busy and we don't always have time to file everything away perfectly. It’s a practical workspace. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at computer screens. Gurgaon is a hub for building things, so there's always someone asking about a new project or needing a technical report. We aren't a big firm with a fancy reception. Usually, you just walk in and see us working. The Vyapar Kendra building is older, but it’s right in the middle of everything in Phase 1, which makes it easy for people to find us when they need advice. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the backup, but that’s just how it is here. We deal with the engineering side of things, trying to make sense of plans and making sure the consultancy part is handled without too much fuss. It's a lot of math and talking to contractors who are usually in a hurry. We just try to get the work done right and keep our clients informed about the progress of their technical drawings.
