Know How

We've been at Block C-2 for a while now. It's House No 1046, right on the ground floor here in Palam Vihar. Know How is just us working from this spot. People usually find us easily enough once they get into the block. It’s a busy enough area but we keep to ourselves mostly. The space isn't huge, but it fits what we do. We've seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. Some days it's loud outside with the traffic, other days it's quiet. We started out just wanting to have a place to operate from that wasn't too far out. Being on the ground floor helps because nobody has to climb stairs. We have some chairs set up and some old desks. It's a practical setup, nothing fancy at all. We handle things as they come. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, but that's just how it is around here. We try to keep things organized but sometimes papers pile up. If you're walking around Palam Vihar, you might have passed us. We don't have big flashing signs. Just the name on the door. It's a simple operation. We like it this way. Most of the folks around here know where we are. We just show up every morning and get to work. There is a tea stall nearby that we visit twice a day. The parking out front is okay if you get here early. That's about it really.
