We are based out of House Number 174 in Saraswati Vihar, which is in the Chakkarpur area of Gurgaon. It’s actually a residence belonging to Omprakash Narval, and Devendra Sain is the one you’ll usually find here. Working out of a house in a residential colony like Saraswati Vihar makes things feel a lot more personal than a big office tower. We don’t have a lobby or a security guard at a desk. You just come to the house. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, except for when the kids are playing outside in the evenings. We’ve set up our workspace in a few of the rooms. It’s a bit of a tight fit with all the papers and computers, but it works fine for us. We like the fact that we can just step outside and be in a normal street instead of a parking lot. The walls have a few scuffs and the floor isn't perfect, but it feels like a real place where people actually spend their time. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything corporate like that. We just focus on the tasks we have for the day. If you’re trying to find Pathfinder Management, just look for house 174. It looks like all the other houses on the block, so keep an eye on the numbers. We’re just here doing our consulting work in a quiet, normal way. It’s a bit different from the usual office, but we like it.
