Management Developement Institute,(Mdi)Gurgaon

You can find us at 2151/3 in Rajeev Nagar. It’s on that lane everyone calls Paarshad Wali Gali here in Gurgaon. We are part of the Management Developement Institute, or Mdi for short. This specific location isn’t the main big campus you might see in brochures, but it’s where we handle a lot of the ground-level work. The street is usually pretty narrow and can get blocked by parked cars, so it’s always an adventure getting in. The office is tucked away in a residential-looking area, which makes it feel a bit more grounded than a skyscraper. We have a few rooms set up for different departments. It’s a lot of paperwork and talking to students or coordinators. Gurgaon has changed so much with all the high-rises, but our little corner in Rajeev Nagar still feels like the old city in a way. We have a cooler in the corner for water and some old wooden desks that have seen better days. It’s a simple setup. We don't use much fancy terminology around here. We just tell people where they need to go or what forms they need to fill out. The power goes out occasionally, which is just part of life in this area, so we have a backup generator that makes a lot of noise. It’s just our daily life, working through the tasks we have. Nothing more, nothing less. We just keep things moving and try to stay organized.
