Akash Training & Consultancy is up on the second floor of the RCM Building. We are located on Mata Road in Sector 12 of Gurgaon. It is a pretty busy spot because the Haryana Roadways workshop is right there. You can always hear the buses moving and the general hustle of the transport hub from our windows throughout the day. We started this place because we saw a lot of people needing help with training and finding their way into different types of jobs. It is not a massive center, just a few rooms where we sit down and go through things with people. The building itself is a bit older, and you have to walk up the stairs to get to our floor. We spend our days talking to students or people who are looking for some practical advice on their careers. It is mostly just sitting at desks with some notebooks and computers. Gurgaon has changed a lot over the years, but this part of Sector 12 still feels like the older side of the city. We have people coming in from all over the area. Sometimes they get a little lost looking for the RCM building, but once they see the big roadways workshop, they find us pretty quickly. We do not use any fancy systems here, just clear talk and trying to be helpful with what we know. It is a quiet enough place once you are inside and away from the traffic.
