Ajay Vidyarthi

I’m Ajay Vidyarthi and I’m based out of Dundahera in Gurgaon. I stay and work at Maman Singh’s place. Dundahera is a busy area, especially with all the industries and offices nearby. It’s a lot of hustle every single day. My setup is very basic. I have a desk, a chair, and my books. It’s not a corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a room where I can focus on what needs to be done. Haryana can be quite cold in the winters and very hot in the summers, so the atmosphere here changes a lot with the seasons. I spend most of my time coordinating different things and talking to people. Since I’m staying with Maman Singh, there’s always someone around to chat with during tea breaks. We don't have any fancy signs outside. People who need to find me usually just ask around the neighborhood. It’s a very informal way of doing things, but it has worked for me for quite a while. I’ve got some old equipment that still works fine, so I don’t see a reason to replace it. Life here moves fast because of the city, but inside these walls, I try to keep things at a steady pace. It’s just me doing my job day in and day out without much noise or any big plans.
