Career Track Inc

House No. 237 in Sector 7 is where you can find us. It’s a regular house that we turned into our office for Career Track Inc. Sector 7 is one of those older parts of Gurgaon where things are a bit more settled. We don’t have a big sign out front, just enough for people to know they’re in the right place. Inside, it’s mostly just desks and a lot of filing cabinets. We’ve been helping people with their jobs and careers for a long time now. It’s mostly just us sitting around and talking to people who walk in. We don’t use any fancy software or big systems. It’s more about just listening and seeing what we can do. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon so we have to sit by the windows to see our notes. It’s not a bother really. We keep the kettle going for tea and that keeps us moving. The neighbors are nice and it feels more like a home than a cold office. We don’t have a dress code or anything. You’ll usually see us in jeans or whatever is comfortable for the weather. We aren't a big agency with hundreds of people. It’s just a few of us who know the local market well. We take things as they come and try not to get too stressed when things get busy. It is a simple life and we like how it works out.
