We have thick walls that keep out the worst of the Gurgaon summer heat, though the fans are always running anyway. The staff here have been around for a long time. Some of them have seen two generations of the same family come through these doors. We don't spend much time on fancy brochures or marketing. We’d rather spend that time making sure the kids have their books and the blackboards are clean. Each morning starts with the same routine of getting everyone into their seats and starting the day's work. It’s not a complicated life here. We just focus on the basics of reading, writing, and arithmetic. There’s a lot of laughter during the breaks, and maybe a bit of shouting, but that’s just what happens when you have a school full of kids. We’re just a local school doing what we’ve always done. It works for us and the families here.
