We are over in Pace City-1, specifically at number 18 in Sector-37. It’s a typical industrial area, so there’s always a lot of activity and noise from the other factories nearby. Our building is a solid structure that has seen a lot of use over the years. We have various machines set up inside, and there’s usually a thin layer of grease on most surfaces. That’s just the nature of what we do. The workers here have been with us for a long time, and they know the equipment better than anyone. We don’t have a big front office with a receptionist. Usually, if you walk in, you’ll just see someone in work clothes coming over to see what you need. We keep a pot of tea going for the breaks. The lighting isn't the best, but we know where everything is. We focus on getting the parts made and sent out on time. Sometimes the supply of materials is late, and we have to shift things around to stay busy. It can be stressful, but we manage. There is no talk about big visions here; we just talk about the work for the day. We have got some old calendars on the walls and a few mismatched chairs in the break area. It’s a real place where real work happens. We like being in Sector-37 because everything we need is close by. It’s just a plain, hardworking shop.
