We are set up at Number 288-A in Phase 4 of Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon. This area is always buzzing with activity, and our building is right in the middle of it all. Since we are an engineering and construction outfit, the office is usually a mix of technical drawings, hard hats, and boots that have seen a lot of mud. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find plush carpets or fancy art on the walls. It’s a workspace for people who are used to being on construction sites. We deal with a lot of technical details and logistics every day. Udyog Vihar is a good location for us because it’s central to so many of the projects we handle around Gurgaon. The traffic can be a real headache in the mornings and evenings, but that’s just part of being in this area. We have a team of people who have been in the industry for years, so we don't spend a lot of time explaining basic things. We just get to work on the schedules and the site requirements. We aren't really looking to be famous or anything; we just want to make sure the buildings we are involved with are solid and done according to the plans. It’s a lot of long hours and sometimes stressful deadlines, but we’ve been doing it long enough that it’s just the normal routine for us now.
